Brr Brr Brr - Monday we woke up to -17 degress ( thats a Negative!) . By Noon we had warmed up to 2 deg. How cold is that.... my dog - my lovely outdoor dog... well let me show you where he stayed! In the mudroom... and he squished himself down into his pillow so that we wouldn't see him. He thinks if he can't see us, we can't see him and therefore he can stay inside. Which he has done these past two days!!

These 4 quilts came from Carols group- the Stitch Witches - in Louisiana.
This one - each block has something different quilted in it. It is really wonderful. We all had a great time looking at the blocks. Everything is Patriotic with in the blocks!

I love the quilt with the white on white blocks. With all of the fabric lines being marketed to us, we forget how beautiful a simple quilt is.
