On the QOV Front I have recieved about 1/2 and 1/2 finished quilts and tops to finish. So I got some quilting done on the tops and thought I would show them to you.
This is a Turning Twenty that the boys and I made and thought we could make it look like a log cabin. Didn't quite work. And the sad thing is we have done this twice and still can't make it look like what our brains want it to look like... I quilted it in Red White and Blue Varigated thread. It looks pretty cool!
The other quilt is a scrappy bargello that was sent in by Janelle P. She made it from the pattern at Quiltville.com. I used a really bright back - to match the front, and quilted a kind of wonky feather on it.

The Bindings are all cut - for both quilts.. so I am prepared!

You are really rolling on these! The RWB one may not have turned out as you wanted but I love the graphic design and I think it's very striking.
