So.... if you have followed me for a while - and can remember dates ( which I can not) in 2011 I finished this Carolina Christmas Quilt ( I think that is the name) it was a mystery from Bonnie Hunter:
BUT! I saved every little half square cut off. and I started making these blocks"
And then I put it into a top - and FINALLY I got to get to quilting it!!
Here it is!!!
In each of the pieced blocks I quilted this Circley thing. I thought it quilted it, yet gave it some poof.
This is the back - I pieced 2 different Very Pink fabrics together.

It's just gorgeous!! You were right about the quilting. A perfect choice.
Love the Scrappy Book quilt! Colors, quilting, texture, all around beautiful.
This is awesome!! I really dig the addition of a lot of negative space, it makes the HSTs stand out more. AND your quilting is spectacular as usual!! :)
very nice!
Gorgeous front and back! How fun to be done with a Bonnie mystery, now you can join in on the next one too! WHOOT WHOOT!
So different from the pink... looks like the horse had enough. Ouch!
Love the recycled pink blocks. So pretty.

I love it! The quilting is great how you have circles and then some squares here and there.
I LIKE it! The Scrappy Book, that is. And I'm not a pink person. Good job.
Those HST blocks are so pretty! I love the way they float in the white. Well done!
What a great bonus! A whole 'nother quilt. Love the pink with black and white script fabric.
It is just fabulous and it gives me hope that some day I will also use up all those leftover triangle bits that I have.
The quilting adds such nice texture. Beautifully done.
