A glimpse into my mind

or an organized look at chaos!!

I planned my FAL QAL list for the next three months. and I thought - well I had better pull out my blueberry crumble. It's the one I am struggling the most with. I had a clear vision as to how to start it - but the vision got VERY very muddy when it came time to calling it done.....

So!!!  My goal this weekend was to get it out, make a plan - and Oh! Look!!  There are projects on top of it!!

Well - I will just get those out, and see what needs to be done to get them finished.....

and........ Thus........ This is whats on the wall this morning:

Oh!!! And in the midst of this - The dear husband says - Hey I need to go to the sale barn.... want to go with me?  I said when are you leaving. He says oh about an hour.   I say - can we leave 15 minutes earlier and stop at Inspirations Quilt shop????

They are a part of the Row by Row Shop hop - I might have NEEDED their row and their plate!!

And when we got home we had a huge rain storm ( for all of 15 minutes)
but because our ground is completely saturated we had 3 lakes, immediately
And THIS!!

It said - your brain will be okay

And then I came back inside and my brain went - Ohh!!! You need to come up with a plan for your July sew day - and this popped into my mind and I went to work - and this morning........

This is the argument going on in my brain
( or brian - depending on how much caffiene you have had so far)

Love all the colors on your wall.
I did the exact same thing to hubby on Saturday, can we leave a little early and stop at a new to me quilt shop. I also picked up their license plate. I now regret not getting their row.
Those rainbows!!! Fabulous!

Hope your quilts all help you figure out how to finish them. So far they look like lots of fun colors. Sneaky way to get in another quilt shop visit. You must have quite a collection by now.

Oh Alycia! You never cease to amaze me or make me laugh! LOL Somewhere, over the rainbow, you will be sew inspired by brian while having some blueberry crumble, which is delicious btw.

Love what's happening up on your design wall! Is that your blueberry crumble on the left?

Wow! I'm not sure I've seen such a rambling post from you before. LOL Do you need MORE caffeine... or have you had TOO much?!?! Good luck with getting some quilting done!

Love your vintage spins! They have the same magical spin happening as the rainbow! Coincidence? I didn't think so.

Very fun stuff up on the design wall. I have the same problem at the moment. I'm close to finishing off one project and want to start on one of the older UFOs, but I can't pick just one. So maybe I'll start a new mystery quilt instead. Makes perfect sense to that quilty part of our brain I'm sure.

Love the rainbow shot. That is spectacular!

As mad as me, I think! Love that double rainbow! I saw a rainbow sundog yesterday... was driving so couldn't catch it on a photo... but yes, rainbows are all good!

Great stuff on your design wall!

Love your self talk and the minions. Your rainbows are spectacular. Could you send rain to California? Word is they need it too! I, too, am a raccoon. I think I'll work on my triangle project. Oh, but look at those squares, wait what about my trip around the world.... hard to stay focused.
