I LOVE the way you improvised!!! Don't think I ever would've thought to do that!! I have some blocks for you--trying to decide if I'll do more or just send the few I made. You never stop!!!

Love your version of Orca Bay! Those borders are really fun, that's a great way to finish it off. I just finished one of Bonnie's mystery quilts. They are fun to make, but even making 2/3 of the blocks, it was still a huge quilt.

I like the improvised version better!!!
Sent you 25 blocks with a note. I'll make more since I'm hooked on them.
Hope the fire is out.

I always knew you were a biker chic at heart! WAY to GO on Orca Bay! You can do it! You can do it! Just imagine me with pom poms doing a cartwheel......well, maybe not.........but, you still CAN DO IT!

I think it looks great. Backings are my LEAST favorite part of the process. I like sewing my label into the quilt but then it's another step. But - as usual when things take a bit longer - I love the finished product and it's always worth it. Keep going - the end is in sight!

I love the way you did the border...good thing you ran out of the thingies. Maybe you could have your gang help with the back...ha,ha. (I know I wouldn't let my gang help me.) They do look great though. L

Your Orca is Gorgeous! Love it...you did more of the border than I did!!! I slapped on a plain border & called it a day..I always am burned out at border time...Love Kevin's comment!!
