Christmas Cheer

Remember this picture from yesterday? - some of you were right - they were making little bags.

Our 4-H group got very busy making cookies,
and the High School Nat'l Honor Society got very busy getting Christmas Cards signed.

So we went and offered a little Christmas Cheer at the Warriors in Transition Battalion.

We took a little trip thru the barracks and handed out 400 Cards, and 95 bags of cookies.

Only one soldier was on a diet, and it wasn't a female.  ;-)

I remember back in the day - when they were little

Alycia, you and your family are fantastic. You are all so caring and giving. Once again, thanks for everything you do with QOV and also in giving some Christmas Cheer. I hope you and your family get everything that you are dreaming of this Christmas. And ... don't forget to take some time for you. It is much deserved.

God Bless you, your family, the 4-H group, and the NHS. Your efforts brought some love and holiday cheer to the warriors.

I agree. You Carmins are fantastic and I pray you will be blessed equally and even more abundantly as you bless so many. Loved the picture too. What a great 4-H group you have.

Let me add my voice to the choir of your admirers. Your gifts of warmth, love and acceptance grace all of us, but most specially our vets and their families and those who serve and care for them. May your holidays be blessed and joyous and full of great food!
