I sure thought I was a lot farther on it when I took it down, than I really am.... *sigh*
Oh well - I still like it!!!
You know what is funny tho? I just went back to the original Layout post - and see if you can see what I did when Re-laying out the blocks
and just a reminder - I did post a little Tute about the sizes that the churns are
Churn Dash sizes and Tutorial
Since Thanksgiving is over - the family said it was okay to get my Christmas Quilts out. While doing that I updated my Quiltygirl Facebook Page header with a few of them. It made the house look cozy!
Hope you will come back Tuesday!! I am participating in the Virtual Cookie Exchange - and I HAVE A RECIPE to SHARE.... and it's Yummy!!!

Looks like you have positioned them the same way. Just spin the photo.
I really like churn dash blocks. Just so fun to do and variety by exchanging the lights and darks. Enjoy your project.
Love that some blocks have multiples, and that they aren't all the same size. Looks good, lots of variety. Good job.
Hugs
I don't know what you changed from the original but I sure do like the variety of sizes, framed and unframed in one quilt. I may have to try that!
I like cookies too. I've never met one I didn't like.
I just came across some Churn Dash blocks I made from your tutorial! There are only three, but that's a start :) You have made so many already. We put off Christmas decorating until the actual start of December...I love all my Fall quilts.
Love all your churn dashes.
Isn't it fun to bring out the Christmas quilts!?
the third block in the top row is side ways? I do like the lay out as it stands
You can't beat a churn dash quilt no matter the layout! Beautiful!
Interesting choice, Alycia. And more of the smallest size and making them dance. Fun!
It's always fun to switch out what's on the design wall for something new. You don't that much left to do on the Churn Dashes, unless the plan is to make a larger quilt.
I love the look of your churn dash blocks and all the fabulous colors you are using. A churn dash quilt I made several years ago is one of my favorite quilts. I'm gonna have to go find your recipe, I'm sure it's scrumptious!
