Blue Scrappy Saturday #2

Such an original title - right?

I think... I am addicted to these scraps. I have been using them as my leader enders between another few projects and they are just growing and growing.... and my bucket doesn't look any emptier... how is that?

So this is what I have from last week:  ( plus maybe a few more that didn't make it into the picture - must have been camera shy!)

And then!! I ended up with all these small pieces  - so I started putting them together into a crumb block.....

AND then!!! I had the cut offs from making the binding on my Scrappy Book quilt - I can't let those go to waste - and so ... I am starting some more. I think I have gone nuts .... just sayin'

Oh - and the Outdoorsy photo you all need:
There are two boys in that snow pile... We took them sledding behnd the 4 wheeler  - they got a little snowy... oops. The little dog wasn't sure who was there!!

How small will she go? Tune in next week... Love your blue adventures.
And speaking of adventures... that little furry child is bonding in well, I'd say. Congrats!

Even if the piles don't look smaller, you used up a good bit. Fun blocks!

Crumb blocks are so addictive. The pink centers are an added surprise. I hope you don't run out of scraps!

You sew some nice blue blocks. Well done.

I love crumb blocks. They are so addictive and you feel so productive making something from practically nothing. It gives so much to look at it a quilt too.

I have had a lot of fun sewing with blue this month. Luckily, my pieces are bigger than yours! This looks great!

Isn't it wonderful that the scraps just multiply at night and we still end up with some great blocks? Have fun playing.
