The new QuiltVille Mystery is about to start, and I think... I might do it this year!!!
And then I started looking around, and realized that I had Started On Ringo Lake, but I don't remember starting it, and I never finished....
I found the bucket full of parts, and there was also a bucket of fabric that looked like it went with it.
I think I got carried away with the fabric pull ---- I see 6 or 7 more quilts in this colorway!!
I sorted and piled and used these clips to hold all the pieces together in groups of 10"
The clips were like $7 for 100!!! I think I need more!
You can find them on amazon here CLIPS
And now I have determined. my next step.....
I am not sure what book On Ringo Lake is in - but I bet you can find it at Quiltville.com - I know Bonnie Sells her patterns after she is done.
This week - you all!_ I am setting a goal - get all these little brown pieces done!
That! and I got 3 more of the 6 pumpkins done, so I have 3 more to go. They don't go bad fast - so I think I can do them this week and still be okay.
Find me at all these places:

I remember that quilt! I didn't make it but many did and they were really pretty. She's got a new one starting later this month too. Good luck with the pumpkins - I've always loved baked pumpkins seeds! Blessings!
Looks like you have a decent start with the parts in the tub. Happy sewing this week.
Good luck getting your brown pieces done this week. I am hoping to get three small pot holders quilted and bound this week. Every stitch counts!
That was a lot of work on On Ringo Lake to let it sit for YEARS. (On the other hand I have on of Bonnie's quilts languishing in the closet. I can't remember which one it is but the main center part is finished. I might want to work on it again -- I assume I printed out the instructions and maybe I still have them! Good luck with yours.
Don't you wonder why you paused in the making of this quilt?! The colors look great and you can surely make what you need of the flying geese! lol
I enjoyed On Ringo Lake. I contributed it to the ALA auction. The man who was the successful bidder thanks me at every conference. I like that style of clip, too, and I bought two bags of them to add to the supply. (They are different from the Clover clips.)
