I love your heart quilt. I'm looking forward to seeing what rainbow projects you create this year.
What a great block for this year. I saw the finished quilt yesterday at the quilting is more fun than housework blog and just loved everything about it. Such a great way to use up the sizes of scraps that always seem to be on hand.
LOVE Cynthia's Gees Migration block!! I wouldn't have the "right" kind of scraps for that one, either. You Heart Blocks were perfect for the RSC and I'm curious to see what will happen with that other block. Enjoy!
I have her Geese Migration pattern and have been seriously considering it as a new RSC project . . . Happy that you are aback for RSC 17!
Love your heart quilt! And what a fun block for this year!
Ooooh, I love the geese block. That will make a great quilt. The hearts are amazing, too!
I love your little chain block. Why have you not finished that quilt :)
Looking forward to seeing your Geese Migration quilt come to life!
I love your Geese Migration block and am planning to do one myself!! Cynthia Brunz is one of my faves. Anyway, great plans and welcome back!
Great ideas for your RSC projects over the years. I love Cynthia's block too; hope to finish my version next week.
glad to have you back! this is year #4 for me, and I don't think I've even made a dent in the scraps yet! how is that even possible?!
Alycia, your hearts are wonderful! Thanks for the link to your tutorial! Have fun with this year's projects, too!
Very lovely heart quilt. It does so well in rainbow colors. I'm thinking about Geese Migration also. Good luck this year, glad you are, back!
I've been admiring Geese Migration for a long time, too. Great choice for the RSC!
I love those hearts!
I had been eyeing Geese Migration too but it never got past my eyeballs. Good for you for moving forward and plowing through your scraps!
Oh, be still my heart. I love your heart quilt...off to check out the pattern...
I remember those hearts. I have that pattern book marked for a future RSC. I'm jealous that you are staring Cynthia's block, that one is also marked for a future RSC project. Good luck with your RSC UFOs. I really need to finish a few of mine before I start anymore!
lovely rainbow scrap projects
