Chevron Design Wall

We have ( okay I) have finished all the chevron blocks I am going to make..... and then I begged Little Bit ( who I now look up to)   to give me a crazy awesome design that was different than anything I had seen....

and he went nuts!  And then I fed him - and this is what he came up with!

Ta- da!!

The blocks are those Chevron Blocks from the Missouri Star Quilt Company Tutorial.
And surprisingly  - that was all scrap fabric
Who knew I had at least 10 inch squares in that pile???

Will you keep it like this or let him keep playing around it with it?

Great design! I'm not a fan of the typical chevron layout, but yours is fun!

Don't you just love what our sons come up with? It is a super cool arrangement and it will be a great quilt.

When your scraps sit around they GROW so your 5" scraps are now 10". I'm sticking to that story.

I'd say Little Bit has a LOT of talent! The 'twirly' blocks in the two corners are awesome!

Little Bit has a nice sense of design. He can be one of those modern quilters with this design. I like it.
