Playing with the Panel part 2

 Remember my panel?

I am proud to say - it is now a top!!!

Just in case you don't remember - this is the panel I purchased at the Fig leaf in Ft Collins CO on the No Co Shop Hop. Go me!! I didn't put in in a pile!!

I have to say I really like this setting - so I have cut some more Flags for Sue to use as leader enders and brought out a few more panels that were marinating in my stash!!!

This ended up being 62 x 80 !! Perfect Quilt of Valor size!!

In Ranch news - our water almost tasted un chlorinated!! I also have most of the laundry done ( I figured I would use that chlorinated water for good) . And by done - I mean washed, and dried - didn't want you to be jealous and think it was folded and put away too 😆😆😆

The fourth of July is Friday - it is also our Finished ( or not) Friday. I hope you will come back and link up one post from this week:-)

We don't have big plans , we might head to town to watch the parade, or we might go golfing in the morning. or... we might just do what we always do - ride the horses  haha!

What will you be doing?

Love this panel, and I like your layout. We have no plans for the Fourth other than watch TV for fireworks and hope no one sets off loud ones near us!

I'm hoping to play some golf on Friday, but we'll see if that actually happens. The flag blocks are an awesome addition to that panel. Good job!!

Wahoo on the top finish! It looks great! We will be hanging out at home for the fourth. Hubby will be on his first day of recovery from back surgery the previous day.

Those flag blocks work really well with that panel. What a great idea for a QOV.

The quilt top looks great and it's awesome you took the panel and made it into a quilt top so quickly!
