True Love

This is my Boy and his Dog -
it is True Love

My boy chose the dog a little over two years ago
at the Weld County Humane Society

They said he was not a *child's* type of dog.
They were SOOOO Wrong ( giggle)

My boy and his dog are in Obedience Training through 4H
And they had a dog show
There was a LOT of waiting for the boy and his dog.

And then it was show time!!

And although the dog would really like to check out the other dogs...
he stayed!! Where he was supposed to.
And he let the judge pet him.
He is nice that way.

And he got to play figure 8's thru the other judges
Easy Peasy

The dog is only 2 1/2 years old,
the boy - a little bit older
But I was proud of them
They got first place in their class

And then they came home and laid on the cool tile in the mud room.
It was quite a workout - these dog shows
Mom was quite tired too
Especially since she had to slink quietly to take pictures
For some reason the dog loves the mom too
And he runs to her if he can

She has to hide.
A lot.

What a great job Little Bit has done with this dog!! I used to have to sneak around to take pictures of Suzy and her Aussie Shep. dog at 4H obedience, too! Cricket would see me and it was all over! lol

What a wonderful accomplishment! Can I send Dolly out so he can train her also? She doesn't eat much and I know she would love to play with the horses too, LOL.
