I think this may be sort of where I am going with it.... Maybe.... Sort of.... I have some fabrics picked out, I may have them cut to help build the blocks up.... we shall see
But then - one of my photo assignments was to find letters in Nature - and I decided to spell my name
And then I still have to do chores and on this day the horses were mocking me.... So I shot them
Oh I just crack my self up - shot them with my camera.
I have decided that I am okay with the slowness of the design wall - my friend Mary says you have to create when the mood strikes - at times it is slow to strike - but I will get there ;-)

I'm sure inspiration will strike soon. Your sunset picture is beautiful as well as your horses.
I know what you mean about needing to be in the mood .. I was "blocked" for months earlier this year :-( And then the floodgates opened! I do enjoy your photos of nature - thanks for sharing :D
When the mood does strike, make sure you take cover! It is going to be a huge lightening bolt!
If the muse is taking a coffee break there's no use in hurrying her back to work! I do like the log cabins with those pops of pink! Beautiful sunset, too.
Oh! I really like the chunky blue border with the bright pink inner border. Looking forward to seeing how the blocks grow!
And that sunset? Spectacular!!!
Sometimes it hits fasts and sometime it doesn't. I hate that when I really want to finish something up. You don't seem to be wasting any time. Maybe your new project will bring you some inspiration for the one that's up on the design wall. Very fun "spelling" of your name.
Your quilt is going to be so fantastically pretty! Your pink centers and border are great! This is going to be a great quilt!
Sometimes I work in my dog's bedroom, in which they graciously allow me to sew, store all my stuff and even hang a design wall. Sometimes I sew until very early the next morning. Sometimes they grumble and glare at me. Sometimes I think I should "shoot" them, too! :)
