QOV Mystery Quilting Class is here

Due to popular demand Kim Brunner's Quilting class has been released early on Craftsy !!I am so excited.... and am demanding computer/quilting time around here!!!

 And this one is from Vicki S - she sent it to me over Facebook - talk about adding a little jaw dropping detail - WOW!!

And this completely finished one came from Sharon B in Utah!!

Third.... I watched the first part of Kim's class last night - and I thought - Ok!! I am going to get my quilt out, and start preparing it....and then I forgot that I knew that I had sent mine to her to quilt, and I knew that I needed to make another one, and I pulled the fabric out... so I wondered where the top was....

I think... I just might be a little scatterbrained.... know where my top is? Unfinished.... *sigh*

Oh well - I know I won't be bored right????

Final Step

In A few weeks Craftsy will introduce Kim Brunner's Machine Quilting Class. It will be AWESOME!! I know it - and the first part of the class teaches you how to quilt this quilt using some templates and rulers and all sorts of good stuff!!

Super Secret End of Summer Project

Fabric Requirements  have been posted..... Hope you will follow along...

I have had quite a few questions about the fabrics. I used solids from Sew Batik. They are yummy and wonderful to work with, I gave you the names of the fabrics so you can order those from Sew Batik if you would like... they are all stocked up and very aware of our project!

Question 1:  Can this be Scrappy?
Answer:   Of course, I would try to keep the scraps as close to the same values as possible for the best effect. On the Cream - I would try to keep it as solid as possible. You'll understand why - I promise

Question 2:  Are Prints okay?

Answer: Yes - I would tend to use smallish prints though, and again try to stay as solid *reading* on the cream color as possible.

Question 3:   Do I have to pay to join this mystery?

Answer : NO - Each step will be posted on Wednesday on the Craftsy blog, I will post a link here on a post and on the Free Quilt Pattern page on this blog  Here

Oh you all!!! The time is coming, it is almost here - I am SO excited!!!  I have teamed up with Kimmy and Craftsy  and I am just so so excited.... I hope that you will keep watching my blog, and Craftsy's blog, and Kimmys blog for the next week or so to see what we have been up to.
