This is one we started at one of our QOVV Sew days - it is Star and Crown by Pat Speth.
I have the inner part of the quilt done, now I need to come up with an idea for the border. Well!! I have an idea, I just don't know if I like it or not -so! We stalled out here:
i think it needs something to stop the Busy, but then I think it needs some busy back in the border - just not too much. Anyways - I got it to here, it goes back into the box until I figure it out... Its not as if I don't have other projects to play with ..... right??
We had a little snow... and I mean little, but just enough to get the girls all dirty. And they had to get baths, But when the mud dried - they wanted to show you how pretty they are....Today I am going to link up with
Thanks for those of you who stopped by to see what I had for sale... I think I may have more on Saturday. For some reason I am in a mood to use it or send it into the world to be used.
Find me at all these places:

Aw, the pups look so cute. You must have a trick to get them to sit in a nice row like that!
It's a beautiful quilt. Sometimes borders aren't all that necessary. Maybe just a dark blue binding or a very thin dark blue one border? Blessings!
Very fun QOV. I'd probably just go with a plain strip border as there is so much going on in the center. Looking forward to seeing what direction you go. The girls look so cute, but I see a bit of side eye. I guess the baths weren't on their agenda.
I agree with your thoughts regarding a border. I look forward to reading what you try! As for the girls. . .mud baths are good for the skin. . .just not so good for the furniture! LOL
