It has been a week!!!
if you don't follow my blog during the week - A new Quilt A Long was released Wednesday - and yep! it is A Quilt of Valor ... Check it out.
I met a lady in town, and she was telling me about her Chickens, the lack of eggs, and how much she wanted them to lay. For some reason, I came home and decided that she needed Chicken Pot Holders . I went to my Stash to see what I could find - Lookie what I came up with:
Someone asked earlier if Looming hats is easy - yes - Yes it is - because I can do it! The looms can be found HERE And I used the LoomaHat tutorial on You tube.
Not really , once I untied her we walked right out, but she stuffed herself up there and we just laughed at the expression on her face.
She was not amused. We also learned - she should be loaded last, so she can get out first ... goofball.
What did you finish? What did you move Ahead? Dare I ask what you started????

Ms C sure had "the" expression! Your hats look great. I've not done any loom weaving and I'm not planning to start. . I hope Gertie, my dear little inner squirrel, didn't read that!
Don’t laugh at the sweet baby!!! 🤣🤣 Cute potholders, but I’m not sure it will make her chickens lay eggs. 😁
Very cute hats and potholders. Funny horse story. Our horses had such personalities. We had one that wouldn't step through water - like big puddles or a small stream. And she could stop on a dime rather than get her feet wet.
Have you delivered the potholders? Hopefully they will cheer her up. :)
The chicken potholders are cute - I hope they spur those chickens on to lay! Love your hats, too. I'm glad you knew what to do what to do to get your horse out of the trailer. I'm thinking she was saying, "Never again!"
