Wedding Ring Quilt and !! Finished!! ( or not) Friday

I am showing off a Quilt today that I did not want to bind. But I did it, and I am happy I did it, and I need a reward now 😝😝

This was actually a fun quilt to quilt- I learned so much, even though I thought I already knew it all. It was a very busty girl - it had C and D cups, as well as waves and wiggles, and parts that weren't sewn...

We also go from feedsacks and 30's fabrics to something else
Cotton to a Cotton Poly Blend..

But No Matter!! she is now ALL done, All Quilted, Somewhat flat, only off on one side now - and DONE!! Bound And ready to be shown off for a while!!

But it is Friday - you know what Friday is!! Time to show off - Link up !!! Are you getting more things to Finished????

I remember when you showed this quilt before you started quilting. It's challenging to quilt the fullness out of a quilt top but it can be done. It takes some talent and skill, congratulations, you do deserve a reward! Have you decided what yet?

What a beautiful quilt! Your brought her to her full glory. Whoever pieced it would probably be amazed. I clicked your link and read about how busty girl came to you and read the comments suggestions about batting/quilting. Did you take any of the suggestions?

Oh my!!! I love it. I have done a WR in a baby quilt size, not sure I am ready to tackle a large one, but I do love them.

I did a double wedding ring and it's still a top. It is pretty but so big I can't quilt it myself and don't like the idea of someone else doing it,.. sigh
yours is done, and over years washing will put it "right" but it doesn't matter. It's beautifully quilted

Your quilt is gorgeous but with the quilting, it is sublime! WOW! What a talented girl you are and dedicated too. How many hours spend on this one? Regardless, they were worth it because you have one of the most beautiful DWR quilt I've ever seen. Congrats! ;^) P.S. I'm saving it in my Pinterest pages.

I had missed your earlier post from when you got this quilt, but just got done reading that. I'm blown away by how beautifully this turned out! Your quilting on it is absolutely fantastic, especially considering that it wasn't even close to laying flat before quilting.

Such a cool quilt and the quilting works so well with it. Definitely worth all the effort to finish it.
