It is March 1st!!! HOW did that happen?
Oh well - the February QOV block drive is starting to wind down - but Lawsy Mercy!! The packages are arriving!!! I LOVE it.. I am in awe, in amazement and overwhelmed all at the SAME time!!
I love the love that is coming in from these beautiful blocks. Today I photographed a lot of them and will share them here. Guess how many we have so far? Or maybe I shouldn't say? I still have packages to open.... and you have until March 8th to get them here.
The Drawing will be on March 10th
( that's a Sunday so there is a great chance for ALL packages to be here) .....

Before I left for Texas we had a QOV sew day
and we put together one top already with the blocks that have come in...
it is going to a longarm quilter next week!! Yay!!

Wow! Look at all of those great blocks! You are awesome for offering such a great way for so many to honor our veterans with such beautiful quilts, and that's just one of the many reasons you're awesome! I'm in Texas now too. Wish I could have wrangled a way to be here last week when you were. Austin's just a short trot from here. I kind of envy your horses. :)

I am so happy this is becoming such a successful block drive!
I have started some in plaid. Not sure when I can get them in the mail though. Is the block deadline truly a deadline or can they come in with the 2 QOV tops we're working on.
Great blocks! Seeing your blog post and Kevin's reminded me that I needed to make some. I have 10 + one? Please let me know where to send the blocks.
