Did you notice last week how many of the Heart Quilts were in our fonf?  I feel like I was in good company - look what I finished this week!!

Busy Hands , Little Penguin, and MMM Quilts !!And now ME!!!

This was  a Quilt a Long called GLOWING HEARTS by MMMQuilts - and I just fell in love with the blocks. I used a Jelly Roll - and just decided that they would look great with this panel. And so! I made more and Ta Da!!

I got it all Quilted and it will now go to my friend to bind!! adds a little extra love for our Veterans!!

and just because... here is a photo of my Husband ( top) and I ( bottom) are our Shoot  - we both won our classes and had a great day. Mine was great as I used a new horse to shoot off of , and I didn't fall off!!!

  7. What a beautiful QOV! I have great admiration for you and your husband! It cannot be easy riding a horse and shooting a gun at the same time! You would have made a great pioneer woman!

  10. The heart QOV is fabulous! So are the photos of you and your husband doing that shoot. Wow!! A "quilty" friend here is a long time member of a "quick draw" kind of shooting group. She and her husband even host some events. They dress in fun Old West costumes and have so much fun.
