Green Rainbow Scrap Challenge!

Green is such a happy color!!!  And it is the color that Was chosen at Super Scrappy

So I went to my trusty bin of blocks, and started to dig. by the way - This is month three of using this bucket, and I still can not lift it myself to put it back on the shelf.....

Here are some of the Greens I found to work with this month:

They are just so bright and happy - and totally make my front room look good!!

I also got three more of the yellow ones from last month quilted .. ( I have 3 yellow ones to go)

Oops - thats the back of Number3!
I wonder where the front photo went!!

And!! I got two more Pink ones bound.... Progress is being made!!

  1. Wow - lots of green blocks to play with!! I dug through my table runners recently and realized I don't have any green ones at all. So I guess a St Patrick's Day runner needs to happen one of these days.

  4. Wow!! SEW many GREEN blocks to play with, Alycia! How many placemats do you think you'll get out of the lot of them? It looks like 10 or 12, to me. Happy scrapping!

  9. Oh, I do like that little circle of spikes quilting design! So many chances to play with new patterns. It is always such a bummer to try something new on a quilt and then have to keep using it even if you don't like it as much as you had hoped. A placemat is just the right size to play and experiment.
