My 2021 resolution is to make (and finish) at least one quilt for charity each month.
ReplyDeleteMy goal is to be less emotional when my kids do something that upsets me. Implement a 3 strike system vs jumping to anger. I was never this way but I don’t work outside the home anymore and I am with my kids more—which is AMAZING! But it’s so new to me and I need a system.
ReplyDeleteThank you Alycia, for your giveaway. I love making scrappy sampler blocks and scraps are the best for these.
ReplyDeleteSince my heart attack last year, my resolution is to work on doing things for my health--like exercising, eating healthier foods.
I resolve to stop eating sweets for 2 weeks. Wish me luck!
ReplyDeleteMy resolution for 2021 is to learn and try something new!

ReplyDeleteI am coming off the Keto Diet I have been on since June!!! How about that for twisting the New Year!
I lost 35 lbs and made it 5 lbs past my stated goal weight so I have room to figure out how to keep the weight off. (You will notice I did not list that as the resolution...lol)
I find looking at your scraps, that we bought so many of the same fabrics. We must be sisters from other mothers. LOL My resolution is to lose weight and to exercise more. My health is suffering from being so inactive (cutting and pressing doesn't count). Happy New Year to you and your family!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you for your blog and keeping us so busy with your ideas. Yes, I am interested because I would love to make a 4-patch quilt. So I am now collecting fabric. Free would be appreciated and would definitely keep me busy and out of trouble - for a while.

ReplyDeleteMy resolution is to give up (at least temporarily) my social word games. I've spent too much time playing them and have gotten quite good at winning!
Also, I resolute to keep off the 75 pounds that I have lost! I feel too good to ever have to lose this weight again.

I love these colors! I hope to finish more projects in 2021. 2020 was super busy for me at work, so it was a very slow quilting year. Happy New Year!

I made my resolution a couple of weeks ago. Clean and organize the sewing room. It is a wreck. Please exclude me. I already am overly blessed in the fabric department.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year to you and all your family.
Just to take my health one day at a time.
ReplyDeleteI think I have the missing part of that green leafy print!
ReplyDeleteMy resolution is always the same: Follow the Golden Rule.
Happy New Year!
My New Year's resolution is to be sure to enjoy more chocolate, as we can see by this past year, that life is just too unpredictable.
ReplyDeleteI really love the soft fat quarter pack. It would fit nicely in my stash!

Those are such pretty Easter colors! I want to make more things for us this year, like placemats and wall hangings. I also need to do more walking. Happy New Year to you!
ReplyDeleteI would like to make an embroidered book for each of my children and to finish the quilt I've been designing for my daughter, plus get most of my UFO's finished!
ReplyDeleteWhat pretty fabrics! My goal for 2021 is to organize my sewing area so I can be more productive--it looks like a scene from "Hoarders" there! If I can get my "stuff" in order, I can make more quilts--my ultimate goal.
ReplyDeleteNice to see your cleaning out 'bug' is still active!
