Fabric Giveaway .... Day 3

Okay - you can totally see a scrappy quilt out of these right?

I've been having a good time sorting through fabrics - and seeing what I have.  You won't really believe that I am actually looking for something specific... and I keep finding more things...

I am sure NONE of you know how that is right?

If you are interested in these - leave me a comment with a favorite Scrappy Block

I will draw names on Saturday - so make sure I have a way to contact you!

Come back in a few hours.... The Happy Half Square Block will be posted!!!!

  1. These are all gorgeous fabrics, Alycia. Thank you for the chance to win them.
My favorite block is what I am making now. That is Scrappy Stars with the centers being different--nine patches, crumbs, strings, even different block designs. They are all so cute.

  2. Such scrappiness! My favorite blocks are Crumb blocks and String blocks. I have made several quilts with both.

  3. There was a facebook group that did a Scrap Buster block for 2019 and then 2020. It used 2.5" squares this year which is perfect for scrap busting and leaders/enders. So I enjoyed the block. However, I just finished a quilt using the Road to Oklahoma block and while it's not a scrap buster block, I really enjoyed the final quilt made in just two fabrics (my first to use only two). I thought I'd get bored but I enjoyed it so much.

  7. Thank you for the chance to become a winner of such beautiful fabrics. I would love to make a scrappy 9 patch block with these and either keep this for myself or gift to a special friend. Great job on all of these fun and scrappy blocks you have shared with all of us. Merry Christmas.

  13. I LOVE scrap quilts!! Almost every quilt I make is a scrap quilt. I'd have to say I'm partial to a good old log cabin or a string quilt. Thanks for the offer.

  14. Great fabrics: I spent a lot of time this year using blues, purples and pinks and as colors I don't usually stash now keep an eye out for opportunities to get more. My big scrappy dream for 2021 is to do a series of Log Cabin quilts. Those blocks are so versatile in terms of layout and can use up the narrowest strips of fabric too!
