Memorial Day

This brings tears to my eyes - to see the Respect, Love and Admiration.
I was so honored to witness it.

  1. The photo captures the essence of Arlington. I think we spoke in hushed whispers from the time our car entered the gates. May the souls of all those who served our country have eternal rest in heaven.

  3. Arlington was an amazing experience. I was there last summer. We were privileged to witness some moving flag presentation ceremonies to families. It was so somber and moving. I currently have two nephews serving as Captains in the Army and I was with their mom, my sister.

  6. My father-in-law is interred at Arlington and was buried with full military honors - it was an incredibly moving service.
