    Oh gee, you could do what I did when my daughter left for college....create a room just for sewing. Until then, I was sewing where I could...in the master bedroom, dining room, kitchen, you name it, lol. This was long before I got a quilting machine and frame. How about a walk in closet? A reading/TV room? Office?

    Let us know what you decide :)

  4. Let's see, since 2 are now off to college, just take the dividing wall out between their 2 bedrooms and make one giant sewing room. Yup, works for me.

  5. Oh no LOL - don't you have to wait four more years before you do that Alycia? My daughter and her little family just moved back in with us.
    Congratulations!

  7. Oh NO!! Another baby all grown up!! What's his medal for? He looks so cute in his cap and gown! Ooo, but more $$$ flying out of the bank account (unless he got a full ride! LOL). Exciting but sad....

  8. Well, you must have a room just for sewing, so a Stash Room. Lots of shelves to hold tubs of fabric.......lots and lots of fabric. If needed, you can put the tubs on the floor, lay a few layers of fabric over it, find a quilt and a pillow and let him sleep there when he comes home. ;}

  10. Congrats on number 2 son's graduation. Drama Teen was looking over my shoulder and saw the blog title and photo on my Feedly screen. She laughed and said, "Mom you know that just doesn't happen right? Finals are involved."
