I had to move it from my design wall to the "Design Floor" - And its next to the fireplace so its warm!
We are hoping for snow meltage this week
But this is what hoar frost makes the trees look like!

You've made a lot of progress on Allietare and it's looking great. At least with the cold you've got some pretty. As DT observed over the weekend, all we get is brown.
ReplyDeleteHere in North Dakota, we have had hoar frost all winter! It's been absolutely beautiful!
ReplyDeleteIt's gorgeous inside by the fire and outside!
ReplyDeleteLove the work in progress and your wintery picture!
ReplyDeleteGreat progress on your quilt. We are buried in snow too, now on day 5 and happy the power is still on!
ReplyDeleteAlycia - LOVE, LOVE your colors for Alletaire (sp?) - different but effective. Very pretty. I did not participate on this one.
ReplyDeleteSnow melting here as well, but not fast enough! Makes for good quilting though.

Oh, Alycia, don't let it sit too long - it is just going to be fabulous when it is finished! Your fabric choices are fantastic, couldn't have been better if you had known what the quilt was going to look like before you started! Go ahead and brag - this one is definitely brag worthy :)
ReplyDeleteThis is looking great. I love the colors.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations for making such nice progress. Being by the fireplace does sound warm and cozy!
ReplyDeleteKeep going, you'll need it for the snow!
ReplyDeleteGreat progress and BEAUTIFUL frosty trees! Stay warm!
