I don't have a finish to show - but I have awards to show!!
We are on the final descent of our 2026 QOV presentations!!
This was in front of a group of 202 Veterans - and it got a little chaotic.... so the photos were hard to get.
My Buddy Jeff got the best one for us:
I am usually better at controlling the chaos - but there were a lot of Veterans who had family that wanted to be up taking photos - and some people just wanting to see the quilts ,so they came close - it was quite a fun time.... but I guess I need to be a little bossy with this many Veterans in one place (not sure that will happen... but one can dream haha)
This lovely Veteran wanted a photo with me afterwards - what you can't see is the table we had to bend around, and the Waitresses running thru. That Waitstaff - they are amazing and take care of these Veterans SO well!! ( shout out to Golden Corral in Loveland CO)
I did get some Quilting in on a Future Finish.... So that's a good thing.
