I caught up!!
These are my February Green Chunkies - ( Pattern on Quiltville.com called Chunky Churndash)
i ended up with one leftover QST from the Combo of the Blue and Green blocks ( you can see that here if you want)
and then I got started on the Reds!!! I don't have as many Red scraps hanging around, as I tend to use those up pretty fast ( you know for those QOV's) But I found some!!
Yay!!!
Can you just picture them as movie stars? ha ha!!
If you are following along with the Winter 2026 QOV QAL - I finally made a tab at the top of the blog that has all the weeks so far ;)

Really like your chunkies. I'm waaaay behind on my squares due to trying to finish another quilt. If I my ask, what are you going todo with all of them? :-)

ReplyDeleteYour chunky churndashes are so pretty in red, Alycia! Are you going to pair them with another color in a quilt, like you did with the blues and greens? Those girls of yours are always photo-ready!
ReplyDeleteYes, I can see the as movie stars! Look out, they will be charging you for the privilege of caring for them! LOL I like your red blocks. I don't have many red scraps either. I like red so I tend to sew them up as I accumulate them!
ReplyDeleteGosh I love your chunkies. I made BH Chunky Churndash years ago. It was great fun. Mine was anything goes scrappy. I like the one color way a bit better. I’ll add that to my LIST of To-Do blocks!!
