Remember the Panel I bought on Shop Hop too? It came from the Fig Leaf in Ft Collins - and... I just didn't want to put it away.
So - while my Jelly Roll 18 block pile is growing - I put the panel up and started studying....
And then I remembered the Flags for Sue Block, and then I got to looking - I still have a few blocks left - and so.....
I like this!! I have started adding some sashing between the blocks to grow the quilt to be 60 x 80. I did get two sashing's done, but then.. I had to babysit. the Pound Puppy came home - and oh my gosh -
three dogs - too much fun and too much energy!
this girl is so cute and my kiddo is doing a great job of training her - but three!!! and on a hot day where they really couldn't be outside in the middle of the day...
Plus - look how cute she is!! they are headed back out to the field, so we will see what I can accomplish now haha!

Your flag blocks look amazing with the panel! I missed the introduction to the Pound Puppy - she is so cute!
ReplyDeleteYes I love the panel layout with the flag blocks! Very creative! Are you keeping pound pup or just fostering? What is one more dog, you use to have three boys at home!😆
ReplyDeleteThose flags blocks are perfect for that panel! How wonderful you had them on hand!
ReplyDeleteThat girlie is adorable, but I'm sure three dogs is quite the handful. Luckily, you get time to sew. Love the panel quilt you are putting together. Thanks for sharing on my weekly show and tell, Wednesday Wait Loss.
