Remember my little Churn Dash Tutorial for Hands 2 Help? HERE
I did it in the computer - but I also started a new top at the same time. I dug out some fun Hawaiian Prints and thought it would be a bright happy quilt.
I put my blocks up on the wall , and in walks my husband... he looks at them and says - I want A Hawaiian quilt... will you make that for me?
And so.... the design wall is growing....
its pretty bright! and I am not sure how big it will get. We like to use quilts on our couch - and I'm thinking it should be big enough for both of us to use, and we have to have room for our dog. Puppy likes to snuggle with me on the quilts. He claims most of them, so I should make it big enough I get some of the quilt right????

ReplyDeleteChurn dash blocks look great in every theme and color. These are fun! Our guild is doing churn dash blocks for our donation baby quilts this year.
ReplyDeleteAre you telling us that the puppy doesn't have his own quilt?! :) This will be a very happy, summery addition to your living room!
ReplyDeleteOh my, a quilt for hubby, you, and the puppy sounds like a fun challenge. I bet you can make plenty of blocks, but you'll have to tell us if there is any quilt left over for you when it's done!
