Happy Christmas Eve Day!!!
Hope you day will be awesome!
So these are all good size pieces - like 12 x 18 inches or larger. Again - I love them! they are so soft and feminine.... but... I won't use them next year.
Not that they have to be used in 2021.... but I have already made a list of some quilts I DO want to make.... and these just aren't a part of that plan.
Okay - I just saw your mouth drop open - yes - I actually think I have a plan for 2021... I know... I am more of a fly by the seat of my pants quilter. And that will probably still happen, I don't think I tiger can change... but! I do have a plan - hahaha!

I like artichoke dip, that my dil makes! I love these lovely soft fabrics, and I have a plan for some of those in my next year's quilting.
ReplyDeleteI love all the frozen appetizers at Trader Joe's-- birds nest, mini tartlets, egg rolls. Yum
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas!! I always make The Pioneer Woman's Holiday Bacon Appetizers, or Pinwheels. They are both a favorite.
ReplyDeleteThese are so pretty! My favorite holiday appetizer is tomatoes and mozzarella cheee on toast with a sprig of parsley. Thank you for the opportunity to win these.
ReplyDeleteThanks again for your very generous giveaway Alycia. These fabrics are beautiful also.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite appetizer is a Cheese Ball with crackers.
These seem to go well with the fabrics from Day 3. I could make use of these. Thanks for offering a chance to win!
ReplyDeleteI love a warmed artichoke/cheese dip with crackers! Thanks for the chance.
ReplyDeleteWe always have taco dip on Christmas Day. 1 cream cheese spread in baking dish, 1 can prepared chili over that. 1 package Colby Jack cheese spread over that. Top with whatever you like, chilies, peppers, scallions, etc, we just leave plain. Bake until cheese is bubbly and then dip with tortillas! Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteYou're compiling quite a list of tasty dishes, Alycia. I have a couple of cheese balls that were published by my sorority alumnae group back in the 1970's. I've photocopied the newspaper clipping which was in danger of disintegrating after 40+ years.
ReplyDeletethe fabrics are nice and soft looking for a calm quilt! Nice array of colors.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas and all the best to you in the New Year! My favorite app is a cheese ball with good crackers. I just have to follow it up with a treat from the sweet goodie platter. Thanks for your generous giveaway offers.
ReplyDeletePimento cheese is the dip of choice in the south! Mumbird3atgmaildotcom
ReplyDeleteI'm interested in these fabrics too for our Comfort Quilt lap quilts. Our favorite appetizer is my husband's mother's favorite - stuffed celery. Basically it is chopped pimento olives mixed with cream cheese. Great on crackers too.
ReplyDeleteI suppose cookies aren't really an appetizer, even though they are the first thing to disappear from the buffet table? I'll go with celery with cream cheese and jalapeno jelly as my favorite appetizer both to make and eat.
ReplyDeleteEach year I make a cheeseball. Wouldn't be Christmas without it!! (LOL)
ReplyDeleteThese are SO pretty and I do have a quilt for 21 that they would fit in beautifully. Favorite holiday appetizer? Cranberry cream cheese dip - simple to make and delicious on crackers.
ReplyDeleteI love my moms cheese ball with honey pretzels! Thank you for the lovely giveaways. Happy Holidays!
ReplyDeleteI'm not really an appetizer kind of person. Is a cheeseball with crackers an appetizer? I could give these fabrics a good home. Thanks for offering.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to you and yours!

ReplyDeleteEscargot with French bread to dip into the garlic butter. YUMMMM!
