Cobblestones

I have a quilting friend who has such impeccable taste in piecing quilts - that it is such fun to quilt them!! Not only is it a great quilt to  quilt, each time you roll it - you see something new! Something pleasing to the eye!!!

Isn't that SO fantastic????   The colors, the fabrics... the whole thing!!!

Look at all this TINY TINY piecing!!!!




And just to make you feel a little wintery - this is a photo from my 11degree photo shoot day!
It was so eerily silent, no cars, no trucks, no animals......

    Wow, what a contrast betweent he very coloful quilt and the outdoors! it's about to snow like crazy here, and I'm a little nervous because everyine seems to be going crazy out of all proportion. Hope your weekend is colorful!

    Gorgeous quilt and those circles are amazing. Are they freehand or did you use templates? Love the photo-hard to imagine that weather as it is summer here in New Zealand.
