Quilt of Valor Quilt show

So - have you ever had one or two of those awesome days, and you are just SO excited to get home and share it on your blog.... only to have the power go out?  And then the power doesn't come back on until 10 in the morning, and your horse shoe'er shows up at 10:12, and so you go work with him. And then you come back in all excited, only to realize you have to leave in 5 minutes to go watch your oldest sons band perform?  and then you realize that your horses have decorated you - and you need to change.... so you do one of the running changes?  only to get back home.... now.... dinner time...

Thank goodness Wrangler Man likes to cook.....

First - a Big shout out to Marci!!! Hi Marci - I met her last night at our guild meeting( she was visiting) - she reads my blog and had no clue that I was that close to her....I hope I recruited her to quilt with us  (YAY)

And now.... QUILTS!!!

This first one was Pieced and Quilted by Liz T.D. - Liz is super woman - she does it all - she quilts, she pieces, she doesn't bind.... I love her ;-)

This one slipped through my intake process - and did not get marked - so I really don't know who pieced it - but I really do love it!  It was quilted by Donna S. Of Northglenn

This pink beauty was pieced by Naedeen from New Mexico and Quilted by Donna S as well. It is a lovely quilt!!!

The next four quilts were all quilted by Michelle O in Greeley.

This beautiful Blue one was pieced by Kathy and Connie - the dynamic duo from Colorado - They are amazing!!!

This quilt top was pieced by Susan S of New York... Isn't it cool?

This one was pieced by Susan as well. Fabulous colors!!

This last quilt, quilted by Michelle was pieced by Deb S of Greeley!!

Some of these are out being bound, some already have been bound and are in the hands of their warriors. This month has been a busy one so far.... we have sent 5 quilts to Landstuhl in Germany, we have taken 5 quilts to the PTS program here, and we took 76 quilts to the Warriors in Transition Battalion.

You should be proud of yourselves - we made a lot of Warriors happy so far this month!!
