We also had a group sew day with my Local QOV group. I think you could say I was dreaming in Red White and Blue.....
Our State Coordinator (I retired from that position 3 years ago now - that went fast!) Is going to do some special presentations with this QOV panel that was made for our 250th year ( as a country! not QOV)
Each group got one of the panels, and she asked if we would consider making the QOV for her presentations. We said sure - and promptly were sent two more panels... so GO US!! we have made three.
We also got the frame for one more done, Connie made all of these blocks, and Denise put the frame together.
I have a lot of panels - so will add the panel and borders - and Bam!!
Another one will be made !
Also - Friday - WE FINALLY GOT SNOW!! Isn't it so pretty!!!
Its back to 60deg today - but!! There was SNOW!!

ReplyDeleteYou did really well with the panel quilts, very fun borders. The snow looked so pretty. It is that time of year where Mother Nature seems to enjoy keeping us guessing at which part of our wardrobe we need to pull from when we get dressed in the morning!
